Delivery

We’re making the world a smaller place. Your order will be shipped directly from the artisan or label that crafted your items, be that Thailand, Japan, the Philippines or Singapore. Check individual product pages to learn the country of origin.

Dispatch time varies by product. Please check the individual item description for handling times. For most products dispatch is within 48 hours, at which point the folk at DHL Express will rush your order direct to your door within another 48 hours.

Delivery is tracked, and all parcels are duty paid, so all you need do is sign and enjoy.

Best of all, this soon to be award-winning service is totally free on orders over 60USD.

Returns

We know you’re going to love your purchase, but in our commitment to customer satisfaction, if you are in any way disappointed all you need to do is send us an email at help@azneo.com and we’ll provide you with a returns label.

All we ask is that returns are:

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (this can be your order confirmation, dispatch email or dispatch note, we don’t mind).
  • In their original packaging with all original tags intact.
  • Unworn. Footwear must not have been worn outside.

Please allow us 7 days from receipt of your return to process the refund.

In the unlikely event that your goods were faulty upon arrival, please drop our lovely Customer Services team a line at help@azneo.com within 30 days of receipt of your package so that we can get the order back on track for you.
